You'll be under the vehicle so WORK SAFE!
Block the wheels, set the brakes, hide the key.
Put a jack under the tailshaft to carry the weight.
Unbolt the old motor mount.
Jack the tailshaft just enough to get the old mount out.
Reverse the process to install the new one.

Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the rear wiper arm from the rear wiper motor output shaft.
Using a small thin-bladed tool, gently pry at the notch in the base of the rear wiper motor output shaft bezel to unsnap the nut cover from the bezel .Be certain to take proper precautions to protect the outer tailgate panel and its paint finish from damage during this procedure.
Remove the nut that secures the rear wiper motor output shaft to the outer swing gate panel
Remove the bezel and gasket from the rear wiper motor output shaft.
Remove the trim panel from the tailgate inner panel.
Disconnect the tailgate wire harness connector for the flip-up glass ajar switch from the flip-up glass latch connector receptacle.
Disconnect the tailgate wire harness connector for the rear wiper motor from the motor connector receptacle
Loosen the two screws that secure the rear wiper motor mounting bracket to the top of the tailgate inner panel.
Slide the rear wiper motor and mounting bracket forward far enough to disengage the two mounting screws from the keyed slots in the top of the tailgate inner panel.
Remove the rear wiper motor and mounting bracket from the tailgate as a unit.
"The" motor mount implies one of the three (actually the rear on is a transmission mount).
Loosen the bolts on the mounts that you are keeping.
Next, place a 2x6 about 1 ft long under the oil pan and place a jack under the oil pan and 2x6 board.
Apply pressure (just a little) to the jack.
Now, remove the bolts that hold the bad motor mount. Apply enough lift on the jack to get the engine weight off the motor mount (and no more).
Next, knock out the bad mount and insert the new mount. Insert the bolts (hand tighten).
Next, lower the jack until the block rests on the new mount. Tighten the other motor mount bolts and the new mount bolts (torque to about 35 Ft. lbs.)
just jack up and remove the driverside motor, just put a piece of lumber between the jack and oilpan, then raise up alittle unbolt front and rear motor mounts should come out easy, then replace and drop engine back into place, its alot easier than one would think, good luck
