Not too difficult.
You just switch out the PROM which is a chip in the computer that transfers from one to the other.
The ECM should be behind the radio or glove box.
Be careful with the pins when you plug the harnesses in.

heres a wiper linkage asm diagram, the wiper washers are on the hood or on the cover to deck,then the hose runs through the wiper arm to a nozzle, if you remove the arms you can lift cover enough to look at the hose to washer connection,also check hose to arm they often break there good luck.

Hopefully the tank is near empty... and work on it outside. But are you sure its the pump and not the fuel relay that is bad?
For the fuel pump first disconnect the battery, raise the rear end and support the tank.
Disconnect the two fuel lines above the rear axle, the electrical connection, and tank straps. Lower the tank and slide it out. The pump and sending unit are in the tank, you have to unloosen the slip ring and then lift it out, keep dirt/rust from falling in. After you switch out old pump with the new, reverse the procedure to install.
