What kind of oil need this chevy lumina 1998 ?

Usually it is a fuel pump relay that does not supply a "prime cycle" when the key is first turned on.The fuel pump will get power when oil pressure is present,but you have to crank it a bit before oil pressure builds sending power to the pump only then and while it;s running.
A bad temp sensor can cause slow starting also.

Sounds you have burned up the engine bearings. In other words you will need a new engine.

Mass airflow meter needs to be cleaned. There is a special spray cleaner for that purpose. Don't try any other kind of cleaner or you will destroy the sensor wires.

Your Lumina has (1) oil pressure senor and (1) oil pressure switch and (1) Transmission Oil Temp Sensor.

most use 10w30 motor oil. as far as the best brand of oil it varies according to personal experience. these are some of the better ones in particular order, Castrol, Quaker State, Valvoline, Penzoil, Sunoco, and there are others. what ever you do, do not use recycled or reconditioned motor oil.

check owners manual 5-30 ? or call chevy it is very important to use the right oil in newer cars can cause check engine lights with wrong oil

Does it have oil in it? If it does, its more than likely its not, take the serpentine belt off or which ever one that's around the alternator.An alternator that has a bad bearing can seize up and keep the motor from turning over.

G.M. recommends 5W-30 but most people switch over to 10W-30 after the engine gets over 50,000 miles......HAVE FUN

Check the water pump,and all the hoses ,it is most likely antifreeze,
