2003 2.0L neon will not run when it gets colder than 10 degrees, turns over , but will not run. Runs fine when it is warmer. Can you help me.

Check to see if it has a block heater under the hood u will see a wire that has a plug on the end just like a fan in your house if so run an extension cord to it and plug it in at night just make sure u unplug when u want to drive some where

May need to put in a fuel additive, sounds like a fuel line or filter is partially freezing. Worth a try. Good luck!

Why does my 2004 Pontiac bonneville only get enough fuel to start and run when it is 55 degrees or warmer? When it's colder then that it just turns over and does not have adequate fuel pressure.

2004 chevrolet silverado turns over but won't crank when it's 55 degrees or colder at about 60 degrees it will crank but idle only once it warms up runs fine warmer weather cranks right up runs fine

run the fault codes and look for faulty MAF/VAF sensors and ambient temp sensors.

Very cold climate/weather, I'd run 5 w 30. Warmer/hot weather 10 w 40.
Here is Southern Ontario Canada, I run 5 w 30 or 10 w 30 winter and 10 w 40 summer.

What oil should I use in my 2004 Chrysler Neon?

In colder temperatures, it is recommended to use 5w-30, in warmer temperatures use 10w-30.

I personally use Pennzoil, but have also used Castrol.

usually when this happens its either the: spark plugs/ignition coils; melted catalytic converter, or a blown engine. however it could be other things such as a bad engine temperature sensor

CHECK THE COLD START ENRICHMENT VALVE AND OR THE IDLE CONTROL VALVE. I AM ASSUMING THAT YOUR VEHICLE IS FUEL INJECTED. ONE OF THOSE HAVE GONE BAD.
