Does it change gear ok when engine not running ? if so and it has a crash box you will need to get the engine revs right aswell for the gears to line up

Clutch on 8N ford need help have and 8N ford tractor can not get in gear.park it 9 months ago was working fine when parked push pedel nothing happens

Please check and see if there is a steel brake line from the clutch pedal to the transmission, because I think you might have a "hydraulic" clutch.
This means there is a master cylinder near the clutch pedal and a "slave cylinder" mounted on or near the transmission.
Over time, the slave cylinder can fail, and the tractor will no longer shift for you because the pedal will not release the clutch.
The slave cylinder would need replacement or rebuilt.
God bless your efforts.

Are you sure you installed clutch plate facing right way? They are either stamped or have a tag says "flywheel side". Or might have wrong clutch kit.

yes it sounds like the clutch is worn.1st thing when a cutch wears is its hard to get in reverse
as long as all air is bleed out(pedal feels normal)not a bad job unless its 4 wheel drive

I have to force the shifter into gear (all) or I can not get it to shift at all. the clutch level fluid is at max. the clutch does feel soft. Once in gear I can shift thru the gear, but hard. Some...

If you can put it into gear easily without the engine running but it grinds or is hard to put into gear when the engine is running then the clutch has not fully disengaged. If the clutch does not slip once you are moving then the clutch is not likely the problem. Instead you will have a faulty clutch slave cylinder and/or clutch master cylinder. The best thing to do is have both replaced and be sure that they are properly bled of all air. If the clutch does slip then it will of course need to be replaced, and be sure to have the pressure plate re-surfaced! Then there is the possibility, albeit rare, that all three need replacement.

My 1992 Ford F250 pickup when you push in the clutch it doesnt disengage the gears and doesnt shift. Is there a adjustment to tighten up the clutch pedal

Those clutches aren't adjustable at all. Sounds to me like either the Clutch Master Cylinder is bad (or could even need fluid) or the Slave Cylinder is bad. If it needs fluid there's possibly a leak between the 2.
