It will turn over but will not start it has good fuel flow the spark plugs are new so is the water pump

for you to check if it is the fuel pump, see if there is fuel running out of the hose if you remove the fuel filter. Another is to directly connect the pump to the battery. If the pump works that way, then it could be a efi relay issue which is found underneath the dash or a wiring issue.

crazy, but I will ask,is the rotor button turning? Is the timing belt broken?Have you replaced the components in the distributor with all new parts? The pick up coils are bad to go out,and the modules, and the coils.

Could be the main relay. It's behind the dash up above your gas pedal. Look for a gray and brownish box with one large plug in it. Should be easy to find since you don't have cruise control. It will be secured with one 10mm. You can bring it into reach with it still plugged in. Try starting it while tapping on the little plastic box. If it starts, pry off the cover with a flat head screwdriver and re-solder the broken connections. The break in the solder will be on the side with the sharp little things. It will be smaller than a hair. To find it you will need to wiggle it. Have plenty of light. Just hold the soldering tool on the broken one until the solder puddles around it and you're fixed.
