Where is the fuse for the head lights located on a 04 Nissan Maxima

System Description EKS005BP Control of the headlamp system operation is dependent upon the position of the combination switch (lighting switch). When the lighting switch is placed in the 2ND position, the BCM (body control module) receives input signal requesting the headlamps (and tail lamps) illuminate. This input signal is communicated to the IPDM E/ R (intelligent power distribution module engine room) across the CAN communication lines. The central processing unit of the IPDM E/R controls the headlamp high and headlamp low relay coils. These relays, when energized, direct power to the respective headlamps, which then illuminate. If voltage is applied to a high beam solenoid, the bulb shade will move and a high beam and a low beam are changed. OUTLINE Power is supplied at all times ? to headlamp high relay, located in the IPDM E/R (intelligent power distribution module engine room), and ? to headlamp low relay, located in the IPDM E/R (intelligent power distribution module engine room), and ? to ignition relay, located in the IPDM E/R (intelligent power distribution module engine room), and ? through 15A fuse [No. 34 located in the IPDM E/R (intelligent power distribution module engine room)] ? to CPU (central processing unit) in the IPDM E/R (intelligent power distribution module engine room) ? through 50A fusible link (letter f , located in the fuse and fusible link box) ? to BCM (body control module) terminal 55 ? through 10A fuse [No. 21 located in the IPDM E/R (intelligent power distribution module engine room)] ? to BCM (body control module) terminal 42 ? through 10A fuse [No. 19, located in the fuse block (J/B)] ? to combination meter terminal 24. No driver module shown on the wiring diagram for 89-98 models.
There is an EEC relay that powers the fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay is grounded by the PCM. The voltage goes from the fuel pump relay thru the inertia switch and on to the pump.

The SSFR (Solid State Fan Relay)Cooling fan relay is located on the left front inner frame just behind the radiator.
The radiator coolant fan relay is located on the inside front of theengine compartment near the left headlight assembly. You have to removethe air filter assembly, then look for a simple square relay with 4wires running into it. It is mounted with 2 screws. It is the onlyrelay at that location. If it has burned, you will need to replace thepigtail wiring harness.
Remove the air box beside the battery a10 mm bolt and the relay is a four prong square box bolted on the framewith two 8mm bolts

All the relays are together in a module, call IRCM module,it is located under the long plastic cover on the top of the radiator. I think the engineering number on it is 12B577 ? if there's a problem with one of the relays,it is serviced as a unit.Check all the grounds at the battery too. A common problem with taurus was corrodid cables,
