Not sure what model a 'cc' is, but the most likely cause is that you need to reset the security after the battery disconnect.

2012 beetle sunroof doesn't work. The light on the controller for it doesn't light up, I'd assume the fuse is blown. What is the location, and what type of fuse do I need?
