Check that the sensor /wire was not damaged in the repair process. As the brake system is set up in a cross pattern left front and right rear and right front and left rear the code is reading the pair that is subject to failure. This crossing of the brakes is so if you have a brake failure and loss of fluid then half of the system is still operational and will allow stopping in a straight line rather than a side skid.
i have no idea here as never seen this vehicle but if its a V engine then i would assume its front left first sensor ,if a four cylinder then it would show as bank one and sensor one would be the first one ,Sorry for the answer but if you ask me about a europeon car then i would know but this vehicle isnt sold here .

Hello acweldy. The thermostat is on the left(drivers) side of the engine near the front on the lower rad hose. This diagram is a little small, sorry, but they don't allow us much space here. The housing for the thermostat points down. If you need further help in locating it, please ask me here in a comment. Thank you for using FixYa. KL
Hello Edelways. The horn fuse and the horn relay are in the left front under hood fuse/relay box. This is a location diagram and the inside of the box. Sorry about the size of the diagrams. They don't allow us much space here. The fuse and relay should be marked in the fuse box lid.
Here is a wiring diagram just in case you need it.
If you need more assistance to locate, please ask me in comments. Thank you for using FixYa. KL
Hello Nicole. The Altima came with two possible engines in 2003. If yours is the 4 cylinder the cam sensor is mounted on the left side end of the cylinder head. If it is the 6 cylinder it is on the front cylinder head on the left side end.
To avoid confusion on left's and right's the proper way to determine this is as you are sitting in the drivers seat. If you need further clarification, please ask me here. Thank you for using FixYa.
