I think you mean the head of a bolt that opens the ECU can is stripped. The only way is to use an angle grinder (or maybe a Dremel tool with grinder/cutting wheel) to remove the head. Once it off, the remaining bolt can usually be removed with long nose pliers.

Im having problem removing my tranny mount its becuzs i have a strip bolt how do i remove it

Well there are a few things you could do. Most auto parts stores sell special sockets to remove stripped bolts, auto zone, pep boys, i think even harbor freit carries them, just make sure you get the right size. Or what sometimes works if the nut is stripped enough is to grab a socket one size down from the size of the nut and hammer that ****** onto the stripped nut and then twist it off. Or your third option would be to cut em off and get new bolts. Hope that helps Good Luck!

Im replacing the water pump on my 1994 f350 with the 460 engine. I have one bolt on the pump that will not tighten. What do you suggest I try?

Bummer, your only option is to address why the bolt will not tighten, either the wrong bolt (too short) or stripped threads. If threads are stripped, use a helicoil to repair. Be certain to allow straight access as this step must be perfect or larger problems will result.

Stripped oil drain plug.

If you have enough left take a cold chisel and tap it with a hammer so it will cut into the bolt in the direction you want it to turn. Don't try to cut it off just to vibrate it enough to loosen it. It might take awhile.

Cant get head off 86 mr2.

Head jobs take time, patience, and most importantly a book. As far as the bolts, take the allen head into the parts store and find a Torx bit that is slightly bigger and beat it into the stripped bolt head, loosen and replace the bolts with new ones. Good luck.
