2000 BMW 3 Series is not equipped with a fuel cut off switch. The fuel pump is powered by the fuel pump relay, which is controlled by the Powertrain Control Module (or, as BMW calls it - the Digital Motor Electronics Control Unit "DMECU").
Below is a picture of the location of both the oil dipstick and the fuel pump cut off switch. In Fords the fuel pump cut off swtich is either white or red. I believe but not 100 percent sure that your's is white. This should be in your owners manual if you have one.
