Hi, there is no relay for turn-running lights. The only one in that system is for headlights
It will either be inder the dash or under the hood. Best way to find it is, with the car engine off, turn the key to the on position (don't start the car) and then switch on the indicator. If you listen carefully you will hear the relay clicking. Follow the sound and you will find the relay. If you can put your hand on it you will feel it clicking. Bazinga.

Look closely at the cover. You will see a small slot. Insert a small flat blade screwdriver, and pry it off. Very easy..

There is a pin that you have to push in on the bottom of the lock cylinder housing. It is recessed in a hole. You have to turn the key to acc or on to get it to push in.Once you push it in you can pull the key and lock cylinder out.

You can go to any auto parts store and they will usually read them for you for free. Around the late 90s many of the auto computer systems began requiring scan tools rather than the older method of simply flashing lights on the dash if you jumpered the correct pins.

With your key on give a left or right turn signal. Try to listen and pinpoint the clicking of the turn signal flasher. Once you locate the turn signal flasher, your hazard flasher will look just like this and should be mounted nearby, typically next to it. The flasher simply pulls out and the new one just pushes in
