If the old one is out then clean teh area for the new one real good.
Put the freeze plug into the spot and grab a 1 inch socket with an extension on it and a hammer.
Hold the socket into then freeze plug and tap it into place.
Do not hit it hard or it will slip right inside of the hole.
Just tap it until it is flush with the engine.
This is the best way to get it in straight.
It is very difficult to get to... You will need a slide hammer or punch and prying tool to get it out.. I would assume that if it is a 1994 it is old rusted and leaking. You may have more than one plug in the engine. Replace with brass plugs to prevent distortion and future rusting.
