Have a short. Not a Diy fix send the job out. What you could do is pull the fuse to that cirtcuit after using the vehicle this easy these is no draw on the battery. Find a reputable shop.ASE shop could do this in their sleep.

There is a special additive lubricant for gear transmission to solve this problem. Just add on to gear oil. I had the same problem. now ok.

Probably a short brush in the alternator, if you can find a specialist auto electrician it is possable to replace the brush/control pack but most places want to stripe you for an exchange unit.

SOURCE: 1995 speedo not working merc c200 auto is this

The speedo is driven by a cable from the side of the transmission. The usual fitment is a circlip retaining the flared end of the cable sheath with the other end secured to the back of the odometer with knurled nut.

Odometer and radio light stays on and then drains battery

you have some wire from odemeter and radio to ground you must use the multimeter and test the wires + connector. Or call some service electrician for to fix it, or use the scanner/computer. see the diagrama and steps for fix it.
God bless you
