Opel corsa utillity 1.4i 2006 Battery light went on, thereafter EPS light went on just before loosing power steering. I then stoped and realised my idling was very high before all this my lights was flickerring.

Electronic Power Steering (EPS) Is an electronic system not hydraulic like older cars it's supposed to be better because u can still steer even if vehicle stalls unlike hydraulic systems the engine had to be running but if it detects an issue like a bad wheel sensor it will be disabled and making it hard to steer you may need to replace motor on steering column
More than likely the steering column which contains the electric power steering parts, you would need to have it checked with a diagnostic scanner to confirm fault
Stephan, usualy the park lights on a Opel corsa Utility and up, is fitted with two screws on the inside of the bumper. you need to put your hand in at the back to unscrew it.
