I bought an ouku 7 inch in dash double din tv and the back wire harness that goes from the unit to the car I can't find? I can't find the ouku website and best buy and car places don't have them at all can anyone help me out here?

Orange goes to the switch on the emergency brake. This allows the DVD player to play movies with the brake on ( liability issue...people sued and bankrupted a manufacturer because they watched tv while driving and some people got killed) should be the light green wire at the switch on the ebrake handle.

Blue is used on a vehicle with factory analog steering wheel controls

pink is connected to the back up lights and activates the backup camera feature if you have a back up camera

blue w/white stripe...best guess has to do with infra red remote ...possible allows an ir eye to be installed.

I would suggest go ogling the model number for a wiring diagram or owners manual if you don't have one.

You will need a GM dash kit designed for 2004 Impala (see picture below)...Lower steering...Remove radio...Unplug harness and antenna...Boss wiring matches colors wire for wire in factory plug...Splice one wire at a time to matching color...Plug in antenna...However it is much easier to buy a plug-n-play harness ($25) designed for your vehicle eliminating the need to splice...The Brown wire goes to ground via switch...saailer

Best to use a wiring harness adapter so you dont cut the original harness. To keep door chimes etc you need to install a module. Then just a single or double din dash kit ($20) not really much to I

Also, there should be a "Bluetooth" setting in the general settings on your radio. If so, you can pair the iPhone to the head unit. Once paired, it should let you stream music via Bluetooth. If you figure that out, and you should be able to simply forget about this problem. Again, I hope this helps... Let me know. Good luck!

A 1 DIN stereo is what came stock in your vehicle. A 2 din stereo is double the height of a 1 DIN stereo, but the same width.

Its the ignition live wire! they are nearly always yellow but please check your diagram. you will need to connect it to live.

i have a 2002 ford escape and i bought a double din radio and it did not fit and found out it is actually a din and 3/4 with out serious mods (cutting a bigger hole in dash) double din wont fit i bought a single din stereo and a din a 3/4 dash kit works fine

I had soved my problem... That was stupid.. The cause is that I tried to connect the (illumination +) and the (illumination -) wires togetter on the dimmer wire of my double din unit. That make a short cut and blow the litening fuse (fuse 13 on passenger side fuse panel). I replaced correctly the wiring, keeping the (illumination +) wire unused. That solve my problem but, however I get back my dash illumination, I can't adjust the lightning level... I thing I have a problem with the level switch.. It don't matter to me but if you get the same problem and solve it, please tell me your solution.
