What is fault code po403 on my grand cherokee

Code 403 is a problem with the EGR valve.
You'll need to get the flow chart to run the tests for that code to find the problem. I would suggest a shop manual.

No power to fuel and coil

what engine, 4.0Liter? systems vary by engine options.
my 99 had a 4L. (or 2.7L v6?)
what are the over all symptoms?
my guess:
1: wont start.?
2: no engine power, or misfires with OBD2 P0300 codes.?

now 12v DC power to fuel pump or coil means the fuse blew.
check the fuses in the 2 fuse panels,

the 2.7L has 6 COPs, 6 ignition coils
and all run off of the fuse #2 , called, "IG COIL" (cab fuse box)
btw 2:
if the coils are dead, the ECU/PCM cuts all fuel, it just hates a fire.

1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 Dual Air Intake

is this one of those cyclone cartridges you put in the intake hosing? if so then dont waste your money, the power gain off of one of these is not noticable and the fuel economy wont change enough to make a difference, the engine is gonna draw air in at whatever rate it will, the only way to change that is with forced air induction (ie turbo, supercharger, blower). these things only help to mix the fuel with the air a little better so you get a more even burn and less wet spray fuel making it into the cylinder. forced air induction works by changing the volumetric efficiency of your engine, say you have a 4L engine, running naturally aspirated in 1 cycle that 4L engine draws an average of 85% of that 4L, if you put on a turbo or blower or supercharger you make that engine draw in more than its 4L capacity so your 4L engine would be running at say 120% of that 4L, trying to compress that much more fuel/air mix is where you get all the extra power from. ill save the explanation of an intercooler for another day....

No heat bought heater treater what does code 14 mean?

1st, what is 'heater treater?' Is this something you add to the cooling system? Is your engine temp gauge in the normal range, or is the jeep running at the cold end of the temp. gauge? Is the fan for the heat/and a/c working? There are several reasons you may not have heat.
1.make sure coolant level is ok, low level will cause a no heat condition.2. If engine is not warming up properly (running at the cold side of temp gauge), you may have a thermostat that's stuck open, not allowing the engine to reach operating temp-result, no heat.3. If you can hear the fan blowing for the heat-a/c, but not feel it blowing at the vents, your 'blender door' (opens and closes to allow heat-a/c to enter the cabin) may be stuck closed. I had a Jeep (4L engine, but older than yours) which had a valve in the heater hose line that once froze up (stuck closed) and resulted in a no heat situation. If the heater treater is something you add to the radiator, I wouldn't waste the $ to use it, as it probably won't help this problem. Your codes: I could find no code 54, #14 is 'B' camshaft position sensor -timing over advanced, or system performance bank 1.

Will a 1998 jeep 4L 2.5 motor work in a 1991 jeep wrangler?

Most likely yes. One thing about the older Jeeps is that they did not change the models much from year to year. If the two jeeps had the same engine, they are probably nearly 100% interchangeable.

97 Grand Cheeroke wont start in the morning when its cold out

Is it fuel injected or carb??? Try holding the gas pedal to the floor while turning the jeep over. This sometimes makes gas pump thru to the cylinders. Have you changed the fuel filter???? I know alot of jeeps have a fule filter with a bypass back to the tank, and sometimes the filter will be bypassing to the tank instead of the the motor. Check it out?????
