Try inserting the key into the drivers door lock and unlock and lock the car by turning the key in the lock. Then turn and hold key in the unlock position If your windows lower the system has reset, if they do not or your car is not new enough to have this feature. Check you owners manual or call your BMW dealer and ask to speak with a technician and explain your problem chancs are he will help you on the phone.
