0202 is injector on cylinder 2 , 0302 is misfire on cylinder 2.
Why did you change plugs, coil pack, wires, 02sensor when there is probably no/intermittant signal feeding injector 2.
Check for signal on the injector. If non, work backwards towards the ECU.
There is no "easy fix" as only 2 of the 4 codes are for the same thing...for the P0136 and P0141, its probably a bad Bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor..the P0306 means cylinder 6 is misfiring (it could be bad spark plug, bad coil, bad injector, carbon on valves, low compression) and P1181 is showing a fuel delivery issue high pressure...as for the vibration, have all tires checked for balance and hum on passenger side is possibly a bad wheel bearing...and and all is best to have checked by your mechanic.
i would suggest checking all air intake pipe's/lines for any sign of cracking etc as this will alter the air intake and give a false reading to the ECU, also run a fuel addative through the fuel system, get one that covers the catalytic convertor as the o2 probes can get covered in burned carbon as well as getting the injectors clean , valves etc, keep me posted if you wish
I'm going to assume you have the 5 cylinder non-turbo engine. You have coil - on - plug ignition which means you have a coil for each spark plug. The miss could be a plug or coil, the injector, or something mechanical such as a valve.
Causes: - Improper spark plug at cylinder #1 - Insufficient compression at cylinder #1 - Incorrect fuel pressure - The injector circuit is open or shorted at cylinder #1 - Fuel injector #1 may be faulty - Intake air leak
P0301 - Cylinder 1 misfire detected........P0302 - Cylinder 2 misfire deteced, and so on........so either it is a current misfire, which you would be running on 4 cylinders instead of 3, or it is an intermittent problem.......i will provide some possiblities,,,
- ignition system (spark plugs, leads, coil packs)
- fuel system (injectors, ecu etc)
- running out of fuel
- low compression
Basically, if your vehciel has not had service for a while, change the spark plugs, and engine oil, and give her some loving, tender care....
However, if it is regularly servicedm there might be a bigger problem.....
