It's down on the side of the block by the oil filter, should be just below and to the rear.

For a 1999 seville the crank shaft sensor is located on the leftside of the engine right above the oil preasure switch, heres a diagram to help you locate them, this car has two cranksensors, cranksensor A and cranksensor B. hope this helps.
