Checked power to coil pack,changed plugs and wires, compression,injecturs,gas pressure, all fuses .. Still no cranking ?
The coil does not crank the engine , the starter does that, sorry.
(if you ever had to hand or foot crank and engine , youd under stand that. (like motor cycles or boat engines, or per 30s cars.)
in fact will crank all day with no spark parts on car..
x2, the scan tool does tell you why there is NO STARTS, CRANKS OK. The pcm can detect, one missfire in 10 cmp;ckp signals.

U checked everything but spark,
why, check spark at all cylinders, all most fire or the engine will not run or stall.
That test be first, if not starting (AFTER SCAN TEST)
IF NO spark fuses are next , not last.
lets do no start fails tests. (cranks perfectly 200 to 300 rpm)
confused, try a shop and watch them, learn.
Run the fault codes as it may be
immobiliser
cam position sensor
crank position sensor faults
the engine must crankfast does the starter work? that be first. then while cranking the ECU/PCM creates SPARK got spark on all cylinders? if yes, tests fuel works now. proving all that is ok, and fueling is bad if test fuel works for only 3 seconds,need video, we have one...ask.

my guess #2, you really meant engine cranks fast, but will not start , which of 6 engines, , all fuses good, CEL lamp turns on glows, keyon then , you connect the scan too, crank for 5 sseonds, see DTC errors, no? well then use test fuel, runs now for 3 seconds, if not say so, if it does run for 3sconds, we work fueling issues, this is how this is down and is like 5 min, works after checking for spark at all cylinders, we then check fuel presssure, ask for more tests, there is a proper order for each tests. saving , hair pulling and cash wasted on non bad parts.

Your catylitic converter may be blocking &/or you have installed the timing belt incorrectly. Use a manual's direction on belt installation. You could be as much as 180 degrees out. Good luck!

Just for clarification which susuki car do you have. What is the year, make and model? And by coild packs do you mean ignition coil? And did you only change the pack and plugs? The plug wires distributor cap and rotoe may need to be changed. Any more information you have will help me to help you :)

If it cranks it turns over just to clarify.
The plugs may be fuel fouled and not sparking inside the cylinders. Its possible one of the injectors is shorted to ground and making all of the injectors stay open.
I would pull the plugs and see if they are wet or dry, if wet unplug the pump relay and try another set of plugs to dry out the cylinders.
If you can get it started, try putting the pump relay back in.
Cam Angle Censor in Distributor not getting sense. I don't remember my 92 having a crank sensor.
