Kill switches usually work by not allowing the 12volt power to reach the starter motor from the ignition switch. Quick one-time fix is to attach a wire to the starter solenoid (the small terminal not the big one) and then with the key in the run position to touch the other end of the wire to the positive terminal of the battery. Make sure the car is in park/neutral first. A longer term fix would be to take that wire and run it all the way to the ignition switch and splice it onto the start-wire.
