Run the fault codes and look for knock detector problem. The clear fluid at the passenger side of the engine bay may be water from the ac system draining out.

Leaking clear fluid passenger side front. Car made strange gear like noises before failing to run anymore and the leak at same time occured

Clear fluid leaking on that side suggests it is drainage from the air conditioner. None of the fluids in a car are normally clear.
UNLESS you have a serious antifreeze leak and you have topped it off with clear water.

The strange noise is most likely not related to the water leak unless you have used clear water in the cooling system.

It is too hard to diagnose that noise over the internet. It will need to be examined by someone who has good knowledge of cars.
Good luck with this. Those Neons are usually not too difficult to work on and and treated right, they can run for many years.

CLEAR FLUID LEAKING INSIDE CAR ON PASSENGER SIDE. LARGE AMOUNT HAS LEAKED OUT. IT CONTINUOUSLY LEAKS, CARPET IS NEVER DRY. CAR RUNS FINE OTHERWISE

The a/c evaporator has a drain tube that allows moisture to drain out of the car. The tube will stick down on the lower, passenger side of the engine just in front of the fire wall. You can usually only see it from below the car. Sometimes these drain tubes can get clogged with leaves or other debris from the road which doesn't allow it to drain so it backs up and leaks water onto the passenger side floor. Try to locate this drain tube and clear it out. Compressed air works pretty good for this.

Good Luck!

Adding power steering fluid

Locating the Power Steering reservoir and adding PS fluid. 1999 Pontiac GP

  • The reservoir is clearly visible in the engine bay on the 3.1 litre engine cars.
  • For the 3.8 Ltr engine cars, use a flashlight to look down past the alternator for a black cap with a steering wheel printed on it to indicate the power steering fluid reservoir. ( passenger side of the vehicle).
  • Remove the cap of the power steering reservoir, clean the dipstick, re-insert and remove again to check the fluid level. If the level is at or below the low level mark, add fluid slowly, taking care not to fill above the MAXIMUM mark. It's best to add small amounts and re-check the level as you go to ensure you do not overfill the reservoir above the MAX level.
  • ONLY use the power steering fluid recommended for that vehicle by GM.

Fan motor in landcruiser 100 series is making a squealing/lound humming noise when the aircon is turned on, Im assuming it is the fan motor, noise coming from under the glovebox compartment of the vehcile.

Check your fanbelt in the engine bay, It is uncommon for an 8 year old Toyota to have a heater fan problem, however they are reasonably easy to access from underneath in the passengers footwell . It may have a leaf or something sucked into the unit .

Front driver side suspension knock over bumps

See if you can bounce car and replicate the noise. If you can, you should be able to find it, and put your hand on it. Stabilizer bushing are a place to look, both at the lower a arm and on the frame. If you narrow it down to the strut, it will need to be replaced. The front trans mount also goes bad, try putting it in drive with your foot on the brake and give it some gas and see if the engine moves an excessive amount.

The car will get in gear and drive for about 100 yards

I would start by checking the fluid level. THis is most likely a 700 r4 Overdrive transmission, The dipstick is located at the back of the engine bay on the passenger side. The vehicle needs to be running in order to check trans fluid. Pull the stick, wipe it and put it back in the tube, then quickly pull it again, if you don't see any fluid on the stick you are at least 2 quarts low. If the transmission fluid id dark black and smells bad, then your clutches inside are probably toast. That's where I'd start.

1994 chrysler concorde radiator overflow tank hoses leaking

It sound like there may be a small leak in the cooling system. You can check this by pressurizing the cooling system. You can buy a pressure checker for about 100 dollars. It will usually show up leaks that are small because you can pressurize the system cold and it won't evaporate.

Landcruiser 100 series 1998 tail light fuses

Fuse board you are looking for is at passenger side (left side) kick panel to the side of your feet. There's a fuse box in there -additional to the main one located in engine bay. Suggest getting a $5 (or less) test light (looks like a pen), connect one end onto a clean bolt (not painted), and push the pen end onto the tiny opening on the top of the fuse- if its good then a light comes on in the tool, if blown then u get nothing. Easier and faster than pulling every fuse out to check.
