did a hard reset of main computer cables ????? What are you talking about ? That won't do anything , you need to take it to the dealer where they can hook up factory scanner ,you have no ideal of the complexity of the computer systems .

First thing I'd check would be battery cables, at both ends for clean, good & tight. Does it ever do it while driving at highway speeds or just at slow speeds? Wet out, dry out?
