regardless of who you are giving it to you MUST NOT MIX medicines. At best they will cancel out each other ,( may even become toxic) at worst you will overdose . talk to your doctor or paramedic and get sound advice before you damage the child.

They have to be drilled out. But don't worry about doing that. Replace the fuse box. You can tear it apart to see how it's made, but you won't get it back together. Once you get it apart, you'll see why.

i would disconnect the battery. removing both the positive and negative battery terminals. with both ends disconnected, hold the two terminals together for about 10 seconds. this will proform a hard reset on most chrysler vehicles. also, if this doesnt work, try turning the key to the on position, and then proforming the hard reset procedure.

If the OEM version is designed to be taken apart, there is a clip that holds the fan blade onto the motor shaft.
Its easier to buy the fan blade and motor together.

You have passges that are ducted through the intake manifold and do have tendency to leak. Common, very common for these engines to have intake gasket leaks. They do have aftermarket kits that are better designed and actually "fix" the issue. The repair(for a professional)takes around 3-4 hours. they are gravity fed from forward movement upon stopping so no it can not be removed for they are a seal unit which can not be taken apart. If taken apart they will not go back together for the casing is a pressed fit
