You can buy generic replacement knobs at an electronics store (for example, Radio Shack comes to mind). Disclosure: I am not affiliated with or employed by Radio Shack. Or, pull the broken knob off and turn the stem of the shaft with a pair of pliers.

check the wire that runs from battery to the starter. take it off of starter and clean with wire brush or sandpaper put back on. if that is not the problem my next move would be to have starter tested. u can take it to auto parts store to get it tested

Shaking when accelerating

Hello,

Find a large open parking lot and then do tight figure "8's" with the steering wheel all the way over locked and then listen for noises from the front wheel area with your windows down and the RADIO OFF! When doing figure 8's with the steering wheel hard over each way when your doing the figure 8 pattern will bring out the bad CV joints and they will make lots of noise. Best to get a second quote from a front end shop and compare prices. You could call a local auto parts store and ask what the CV joint and shafts cost to get an idea on the parts prices. Good luck and road test that car in a large parking lot with room to do the figure 8 pattern. Dennis

Stop by any good parts store (Autozone, Advance, etc..) and have them test your charging system and load test your battery. I think you'll find your answer between those two tests.

Have you tried jump starting it? Low voltage can cause lots of issues. It could be a bad alternator.

yes it very well can be however it can be a defective starter. the way you test is you need a test light and a proper ground to the vehicle and test the wire going to the starter! first off make sure no wires are loose on the starter

Your light problem will be a broken or damaged wire, most likely under the van at the back. Use a test light and test the wire from back to front until you find power/
The AC probably just needs recharging, or the rad could be partly plugged.
The radio... not sure. Try and find another one at an auto wrecker, and see if that solves it. They really aren't worth fixing anymore.
