Do you have in stock front berings for a 2002 Ford Explorer

Hi Flavio, I see you're looking for bearings for a Ford explorer. My uncle has a ford explorer that recently broke down and he has been looking for parts for it as well. I believe he has mostly been looking on websites that sell spare parts. Perhaps you could check sites like that as well.

Fixya.com doesn't stock auto repair part's; it is an advice site. However, Advance Auto Part's, O'Rielly's and other chain auto part's stores will usually have bearing's in stock for popular model's or can get them overnight.

I've been through several wheel bearings on my 00 Ranger; they are a known issue with these model years. The best source for me has been a Florida-based outfit called Auto Parts Direct To You. http://www.apdty.com Here is a link to the 2002 Ford Explorer wheel bearing selector based on your Explorer's specs.
Select 2002 Ford Explorer Engine

Note that Ford was inconsistent with the type of assemblies they put into these model year vehicles; I found that out the hard way by ordering online. You might want to give these guys a call and be sure you're getting the right bearing for your vehicle. I've found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the big plus is the lifetime warranty they provide on wheel bearings... a huge bennie for Ford truck owners!

Ford explorer 2002 front passenger window

You don't repair the cable. It is part of what is called the widow regulator. Call your parts store and check the prices. It will vary so call around. Some times you can order it without the motor, but often the cost with and without is not much different and it is better to get it as one unit.

Hope this helps.

Replace rotor

when you take the front wheels off you will see a silver center cap in the middle of the hub take a flat heat screw driver a gently pry the cap off (don't worry if you mame it alittle) there will be a cotter pin a nut and a washer then you outter bering take them all off then the rotor will come off the inner bering is still in the rotor being held by the grease seal pry the old grease seal off and remove the bering. check berings for wear like ruff spots. make sure you buy a new grease seal for the rotor. reverse removal procedure re pack berings with fresh grease inner first place bering in the rotor put seal in place will need to tap it in carefully when putting the nut back on tighten untill snug not tight check for specs if you want i usually make it snug then 1 more turn do not over tighten and you will be good

2002 ford explorer front wheel bearing assembly

remove hub ,take retaining circlip out and knock it out with a big big hammer supporting it on an old wheel rim and a tree trunk.this job is easy to do but unless you have the right tools entrust it to a garage who will have a nice press .

No tailights

this can occur when you add aftermarket product to your stock set up. if you have added anything to your explorer recently, deinstall it and this should reset the fuse relays. also, check your fuse box under the dash for blow outs and burned wires.
