I have an infiniti g35x, 2004. It will not start, only makes one click. I put a new starter and battery(old battery had a low CC) in since and still nothing!

Solenoid included on the starter, the starter relay checked out fine. Neutral safety relay? I have no clue, where would that be?

If it is a shifter in the console, it may be located on the side of the transmission. Column shifters usually have this located at the bottom of the column on the top side of it. If you find it, you can use a jumper wire to test if this is your problem.

SOURCE: 2004 A 8L won"t start

starter wont click because there's not enough "juice" to turn it over. this isnt because of the battery as you have just replaced it. it is due to a bad alternator recharging the battery as you drive. if it were only a fuse it would be the solenoid in the starter. but if it had started after you installed the battery then its not the solenoid. solution: buy a refurbished alternator and

SOURCE: DOES THE INFINITY G35X HAVE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS

I am not aware of any for this make and model.
I noticed it's a 2005. If it has the original battery it has a 5 year
old battery. Most batteries last for 3 years on average.

I own a 2006 G35X....the car won't start. All the lights come on so I know it is not the battery??? Any ideas?

check where wiring goes to your nstarter to see it is not corroded also I would go to a good service centre or see if a friend has a load tester and check your starter 1 other question is the car turning over or not if not definetly check starter also make sure your battery terminals are clean and tight if they are dirty or loose they will sometimes cause a ticking sound in starter and car will not turn over

Car won't start

Does it make a clicking sound ? Or just ONE click and then nothing ? Many clicks is a low battery. One click with a good battery is the starter not engaging.
no clicks or noise at all means there is no current flowing through to the starter. Could be a solenoid or ignition switch.
