Question about Cars & Trucks
Check to make sure the fuel pump is working and at the proper pressure which is 35lbs pressure. have you checked this and checked for spark and timing, a bad timing chain. how long has it been since you last changed the fuel filter it could be plugged. you don`t say why you tried a battery, starter, fuses, alternator. how much gas was in the tank and is your gas gage accurate. you may have to add some gas. just some places to start.

SOURCE: the new alternator will not
I would check fuses and relays first..Check the voltage coming off the alternator on the big red wire,,instead of across the battery..Some cars still use a fusible link..You would no that if you have charging voltage at your alternator but not at the battery..Should be 14.0 volts or close to it..with no load

Check mega fuse. Side of fuse box under hood. Slide cover off and test both studs. Should have 12 volts on both studs. If not. Fuse blow.

If the engine cranks over do the following , check the spark at the plugs. change the fuel filter . check the fuel pressure and flow. check engine compression. check valve and ignition timing as it may have jumped a few teeth.
