Did you check for power and ground at the throttle injector/s? Usually these are good. A lot on times the injector/s are bad. Also check for spark at the plugs..

Changed fuel pump and still won't start

Have you checked the fuel pressure at the injector ? It has to be at least 60psi for the engine to start.

I have a 1996 GMC Sierra C1500. I'm totaly new to

A bad fuel pump will not keep the engine from turning over. I would first test your battery and make sure your connections are clean. If that check out I would check your starter and starter relay.

Have you check the injector relay or maybe a fuse for injectors.
