Question about Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
I have checked fuel filter,exhuast back pressure sensor
I had one in my shop for the same reason you need to start chasing wiring. My fix was replacing the computer and its been gone for 2 weeks without any problems

Clean mass air flow sensor pins, this should fix it.

You will need to plug into a mercedes star computor and reset the adaption data for your air mass sensor

Charge Air is not part of the exhaust.
