Question about Ford Cars & Trucks
My ex-partner wired my ignition to by-pass the key - I used a switch he installed to prime the engine then a button he also installed to kick it over. Shoddy job, but it worked - past tense. I would like a diagram of the under-dash wiring from the ignition onwards, if any one could please help. I figure if he can do it to begin with, i can repair it!
Mazda and ford used the same base vehicle ,the differences were cosmetic and badge swapping. A workshop manual for either vehicle should help you in this problem

Testimonial: "Thank you for confirming this for me Bill, especially as i'm finding that information on repairs and actual repair manuals themselves are MUCH easier to find for both of the Mazda models than they are for the TX5. Thanks again!"
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
