SOURCE: Turn signals and hazard flasher stopped working in

Yes, you are on the right track. More than likely it is a defective flasher relay as one relay controls turn signal and hazard flash. The flasher relay is located behind the left side of the instrument panel.

there is a fuse box under the dash on the drivers side. it is very hard to reach. it is located above your left knee when you are seated in the drivers seat. lay on your back, look up under the dash, use flashlight. The lid for the fuse box has a diagram showing which fuse goes to the radio.

SOURCE: 2001 toyota sienna power mirror/ clock not working...

There is an interior fuse panel located on the left side of the steering column, behind the "change compartment". You just pull it out and you will see a fuse diagram on the back. The fuse you want to replace is the fuse for the cigarette lighter, it is a 15 amp fuse and is located on the bottom right.

As far as I can tell, the owner manual makes no mention of this interior fuse panel and furthermore the actual fuse for the cigarrette lighter doesn't mention that it is connected to the clock and the power mirror.

It is possible a relay switch could have failed. Remember to isolate and troubleshoot each step. Use a meter to check your fuses. And, from my experience's. Get out the manual a good flashlight and follow the fuse block diagram with the manual in hand. Count each space. It is possible to skip over an empty slot or put a fuse in one.
Test your outlets. If you see 4.5 volts DC, it is likely you have missed a fuse. Should there be no voltage or the test light does not work; when testing acquire a good known ground. Run a separate wire from the negative terminal to the test equipment when checking pinpoints.

A relay may also be the culprit. You may see no voltage if that has failed. Make sure the cable is secure to each outlet after testing to it. There are two fuse boxes in most vehicles. One under the hood (main fuses and relays with links) and one inside the compartment ( Miniature fuses). Last, fuse links directly attached to outlets in some cases. If you verify known 12.4vdc with the ignition to on. Your chances are good you will be able to isolate your problem with success.

Fare. Well.

2008 Toyota Sienna, overhead DVD player will not power on

It would definitely have a fuse somewhere. If you have the owner's manual, that would show you where it is. It may be in the power distribution center, or block, that is under the hood, and close to the battery. Some vehicles have more than one of these small boxes in the engine bay that hold large and small fuses and relays. And then there would be a fuse panel somewhere inside the car, usually on the driver's side under the dash. Maybe behind the kick panel near the floor (where your left foot rests when driving).
Good luck. If you can't find the fuse, ask the dealer where it would be.

Where are the power window relays located? I checked the fuse box under the hood but none of them are labeled 'window'.

This circuit does not require a relay. It does have a fuse. the fuse box in the passenger area will have this fuse. this fuse box is in one of two places. If you have a small coin holder on the left hand side of the steering wheel check behind it, if not there look under the dash on the drivers side near the kick panel.

All of those are tied into the same fuses or they are tied in somewhere under the dash, You can get a fuse tester for a couple of dollars if you dont have a meter to see if th fuses are good you should be able to pull the fuses and see if they are bad. Dont forget when you check the fuses in the car, make sure and check the fuses and the relays in the fuse box under the hood.

My 2000 Tpyota Sienna DC power outlets are both not working. What are the possibilities? Fuse -- where is it?

There is a 15 amp fuse that should be located under the driver side dash labeled power outlet. You should check the radio fuse in the same location. It has a 7.5 amp rating. Those two fuses power your relay so if they good check the relay that is in the same location and labeled accessory main relay. If that all that checks out there is junction connection also located under the driver side dash with a blue/black wire on one side and if its a 4 door the other side will have 2 wires one will be red/black and other be white, If its a 5 door both wires will be red/black. Check those for power. If there is no power then you have an issue with you wiring. If there is power then you either need you replace the outlets or there could still be an issue with your wiring some place after the junction box. Hopefully i didn't get to complicated.

2001 Sienna rear window defogger doesn't work

There are 3 fuses that control the rear defogger, and 1 relay

The fuses are: 10 amp HEATER, 10 amp MIRROR-HEATER; under the dash
The 30 amp DEF fuse is in the fuse box under the hood
The relay is the DEFOGGER relay, which is on the back side of the fuse panel under the dash

Also, check for a loose wire on the defroster grid (on the back glass), this is the most common problem.
