No, it is not remote central locking so there is no fob to operate it.

your post says, central lock, just tell what happens step by step, doors fail, Truck has IMMobilizer and will not start and run, is this truck diesel, is the dash lamp security lamp glowing, lost the operators guide...like that, tell what you are attempting and then explain where the process fails. and warning lamps

2002 Toyota Hiace , is this factory , options failing or aftermarket added options.?

I have the answer now thank you. It would appear that when the aftermarket alarm was installed (before I bought the vehicle), the fuse was removed for the central locking as an extra security measure.

Add a CommentSo, to answer my question in case anyone else wants to know, the fuse is located in a fuse box to the right of the accelerator, it is a 30 amp PAL slow blow fuse, female and the Toyota part number is 90982-10001, 82600M is another applicable number. I think, but have not confirmed yet, that PAL 330 is the generic number as I have been unable to cross reference the Toyota part number against anything.

I believe the central locking module is located to the left of the clutch pedal and the part number would appear to be 85980-26110. I hope this is helpful to someone.

Audi a6 central locking problem. Both of rear doors doesnt close. Has it got anything to do with the comfort module which controls central locking ?

Either it can be issue with blown fuse controlling the central locking or its issue with central locking control module. Many a times these module gets wet,due to water getting collected there and after that such problem starts.Clean the water and dry that area and recheck,if its working.

My 1995 toyota lexen central locking works on all doors except the Driver door any ideas on where i might start looking is a full central lock replacement or just a fuse???

Mine is the opposite... driver's door works, all others are locked and can't be opened, even from inside. Suspect may be something to do with central locking...maybe needs re-booting somehow??

Ford mondeo 02plt. Central locking fault

I will say you are having problem with central locking vacuum module.Either that or you are loosing vacuum in the central locking system some where.Diagnostic procedure can be pain in the ***.I would advise you to locate the Module and follow the lines to each door.If rubber vacuum lines are not thorn,I would go and get to salvage yard and get me another module that would be much cheaper. Also there is two relays. One is for unlocking and other one for locking.Try those first before anything else.Usually humidity and cold could damage them.Hope I could help you.

Alarm and central door locking.

Replace the alarm control box, it is usually under the driver seat, or in the extreme left corner of the dash. If the box under the driver seat got wet for any reason, expect bizaare things to happen; in any case, replace the box.
