99 suzuki vitara v6 turns on all power but wont

the starter uses 10x more elect. power than the head lamps
or 100x more than dash lamps. it means little.
what matters most is jumper cable starts.
does it crank with jumper cables to a running, donor car,(aaa jump)
no bad starter
no, bad starter key line( immobliizer or such) ask how to test.
yes, cranks great, now.
that means the battery was dead,
i charge the battery and it now cranks, due to lights left on or
charge system failure, if battery goes to 13.3 to 15v running good
if on the charge system failed. (causing battery discharge)
if after charging a battery it will not crank car, its a bad battery (jumps ok)

Battery not charging, replaced but still no good

check condition of belt. If a "v" belt the back of the belt must be level with the top of the pulley otherwise the belt slips under load and it take power to drive an alternator while charging check belt tension and adjust if necessary. If a serpintine belt-multigroove make sure the belt is properly tensioned

1984 pace arrow 454 chevy, just quit no engine, lights etc. batterys show charge, no elect

The engine and chassis circuits are not directly connected to the coach.
If the engine battery shows that it is charged, you would check the circuit from the battery to the starter and to the fuse box. Be sure and check the ground connections too. Could be a faulty wiring connection or a fuseable link.

I the battery is charged and all the elect is working and I go to start the engine and I only hear on click from the engine is it the starter

You hear clicks and the car doesn't start? That means that you have battery but not enough for the car to start. The battery might be faulty and in need of replacement. I've got a 2000 Cirrus Lx V6, the same happened to me the reason? No water in one of the battery's slots.

Are accord will run fine then start losing elect. power. Unitl the car wont produce enough current to fire. We replaced the batterty and the altinator and still have the problem.

Charge the battery and put a voltmeter on it. While running the volmeter should read 14.6 volt or at least in that vicinity. Battery volts before you start it should be at 12.6 or close. When alternator is charging correctly, it should produce 2 volts higher. Hopefully this will let you know if you have good parts and then go from there.
