Do not bend the rear seat back rests, they will never be the same again. On most (if not all) cars the rear backrests are bolted on by means of two bolts behind the seat, so first remove the seat (the bottom padding that keeps your backside from hitting the floor) by pulling the seat up. On some vehicles, the seat is bolted down with two 6mm bolts on either side. Once you have the seat out, you should see two bolts holding the back rest to the body of the car. Undo these, and the backrest comes off easily.
Now fit the seat covers and bolt the backrest back into place. It is not a difficult job, shouldn't take more than an hour or less.

I need to remove drivers side front seat from a 2014 Buick LaCrosse

Normally there is 4 bolts going into the floor. They are likely under a small plastic cover. Use the seat position adjustment to allow easy access to the bolts. When removing the front bolts, adjust the seat all the way back, and all the way forward when removing the rear bolts. If they are power seats, be sure to disconnect any wiring at the connectors. Then the seat just lifts out. The seat back angle can be adjusted forward if there's any problem getting it out the door.

How do I remove the seats from a 1997 Nissan terrano

If it's the front seats, there should be bolts at the front and back of the seat rails. The rear seat should have clips so that you can push down on the back of the seat, then pull forward. You could also look for bolts below the front edge of the rear seat.

How can I remove the rear seat of 2014 honda civic?

You should be able to get the back rest off from in the trunk. Take out the trunk lining and find the bolts. The bench may have a couple of visible bolts under the edge of the seat itself but getting the back rest off first should help considerably.

My wife removed the rdiver side rear seat from a

This happened to me the other day! My husband took into Kia dealership only to be told they'd need it for a few hours, might have to take the whole seat apart, then resulting in labor charges!
This morning my dad came over with solutions he'd found online involving the use of a broomstick or rake. That didn't work. You first have to slide the whole seat in the forward position, so the metal tracking behind the seat is exposed. Next locate the cable cord on the inside of this track. My dad then took a long, flat head screwdriver, placed it under then cable and pushed it upwards/forwards-which released the rear latches and then I pulled the lever and we pushed the seat out!! Hope this helps!

Driver's Seat Removal

There are four bolts holding the seat to the floor. Slide the seat all the way forward and you will be able to see the two bolts which are at the rear of the seat slide rail. They are 14mm bolts, remove them. Slide the seat all the way back and remove the two bolts at the front of the rail. Once the bolts are out removed tilt the seat towards the back, it should lift the seat bottom easily and you can find your flash drive. Be careful not to push the seat too far back as there may be a wiring harness to damage. Once you retrieve the flash drive, put the seat back down and put the bolts back in.
