Mechanic said it didn't make any noises for him !! Temp of the center air vent was 11 degrees Celsius. Recommends a service. I had it re-gassed and serviced 14 months ago by another outlet.

Use your phone to record the sound then take that to a good mechanic they cant deny a recording. it is possible the sound could be coming from the starter motor.

2002 ford expedition- clicking from the relays inside car

If your saying the starter motor won't crank, make sure the battery has a full charge.
Note the starter components picture, If that is what you have, I'd check the starter relay switch. It appears to be underhood--firewall or rear of fender lining, passenger side.
See the two large lugs, that should be battery voltage to and from relay switch. The smaller terminal should be feed from crank position of ignition switch.
In the past on different makes and models I have used a large screwdriver to short between the two large posts at the relay switch, to see if starter motor will crank. If you try this, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.
I may be coming in the back door to diagnose, but, It should lead to same place.

Volvo starting issue

Sounds like dirty battery terminals, make sure they are shiny clean. if ok see if the motor can be turned by hand , a clicking sound often points to the following dirty terminals, flat battery, stuck starter motor.

I turn on heater or air and the controls don't work. no air is coming out at all. the back only works on high.

Sounds like you may have a bad blower motor resistor/module or blower motor. It is located under the drivers side of the dash near the blower motor.

You can check out this how to tip.

http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6571076-blower_motor_not_work

you can also try tapping the bottom of the blower motor with a small hammer or the handle end of a large screwdriver. Tap is the key word. Make sure the key is in the on position and the blower motor speed switch is set to any speed. If it starts to work than the blower motor is bad.

As far as the rear it sounds like you definitely have a bad blower motor resistor. It can be accessed by removing the passenger side rear trim panel. The resistor will have a few wires going to it and will be held to the HVAC unit with two screws.

If you have any more questions just ask. I will be happy to help!

It sounds like your starter solenoid (relay) is failing. The clicking is a classic symptom. It's time to have it replaced.

A starter solenoid (or starter relay) is the part of an automobile which relays a large electric current to the starter motor, which in turn sets the engine in motion .In many vehicles the solenoid also engages the starter pinion with the ring gear of the engine.

The starter solenoid receives a large electric current from the car battery and a small electric current from the ignition switch. When the ignition switch is turned on, a small electric current is sent to the starter solenoid. This causes the starter solenoid to close a pair of heavy contacts, thus relaying a large electric current to the starter motor, which in turn sets the engine in motion. The starter motor is an electric motor that initiates piston motion in a car's internal combustion engine before it can power itself.

Starter?

I know it sounds daft, but get a mate to turn the engine over, touch the starter motor, thats the round thing on the bottom of the engine, sorry i that sounds patronising, tap it softly with a peice of wood or a light hammer, the solinod is stuck, that will release it. Don't be scared to give it a whack, but only when someone is turning the engine over or it won't work.

Power window not working

it sounds by the motor clicking that your power window motor is shot.....If you jump 12 volts to the terminals on the motor does it work?.................if it does you can at least get it up.......if you put the power to it and it goes down reverse the wires on the terminals and it will go up.But it sounds to me like you need a new one.
hope this helps!..............Good luck!

Driver side Power Window

it sounds like a motor problem and the motor is the most likely, usualy it is just stuck, if you can open the doorpanel and tap on the motor while driving the switch should solve the problem. and the switch should be able to pry out without demoumting the panel.
