Why does the music from my Lionel train musical boxcar sound slow and warped?

Whoah! Wow! Lionel trains! I'd like to see some images if you can take some and post them here. Best guess, blindly guessing, could be corroded metal conducting battery DC power. Could be broken wire conducting voltage. Could be a switch that is stuck. Could be a commuting wire that is out of place. A commuting wire is that which is attached to the train car and touches the track to pick up the DC voltage running through the track. Does that make sense?

Add photos if you like. If you are taking care, and using all your senses, you may determine the cause of the problem for which you are seeking an answer.

Have fun, and -- you are on your own, be careful.

Change the stock mufflers need to know size to buy

Unless you have modified the engine in your new car and thereby voided the warranties, the existing exhaust system is adequately sized. If you want louder mufflers you should be able to replace those safely without endangering your warranty coverage, but read the fine print in your 3/36 bumper to bumper and 5/50 power-train warranties. Anything behind the catalytic converters is generally fair game (cat-back conversion) but again read your warranties. I have about 17 months left on the power-train warrantee on my 2010 Challenger before I will even think about any modifications.

Battery keeps draining

drain is easy, if you have the right tool.
i can do it with a test lamp but never do, use real tools.
the real tool shows you the real current and is a big clue as to the cause.
phantom drain, darkcurrent, or key off drain.

see the ampclamp here (this method works on all cars, planes, or trains. etc, you name it ,it works. 50 years doing them all , even MIL systems)

Run rough low power gas smell

Hello
The engine and transmission in this cars drive train are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some exceptions to this, like the fuel pump, engine coolant temperature sensor and MAF sensor for instance) in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL A TRAINED TECHNICAIN HAS DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM TO AVOID SPEDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON PARTS THAT MAY NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM

What are the largest tires can i fit on my stock 1986 chevy s10 without having to do mods? i have 15 inch rims.

depending on what you are looking to do with your truck. 2 sizes larger then stock listed. Wheel changes? 205 >215 16" plus 2 > 215>225 etc
17" with same results , remember though,,the manifactor intended these sizes for a reason. Too much outside bearing pressure will set off the complete stability of the drive train

My tire reset

heres what you do dont try to use the reset computer. the computer will reset it self. just make sure that when you put air in your tires the car is level... then using your tire guage bleed out each tire to 25 psi...now....pump your tires back up to 33psi each. i like to put in 33psi becouse when the tires heat up.. hot air expands so it should read 35psi to 36psi and thats ok.the computer will re set on is own after you,ve driven it around for a while.
