You need to check for power and ground at the headlamps I have ran into situations where you think their is a problem with headlamps when just both bulbs have burned out

High beams do not work

I had this issue as well. My headlights did work but the high beams didn't. I replaced the high low beam switch under the dash bolted to the steering column. Go to rockauto.com and it'll be under your vehicle under electrical switches. The switch heats up and gets stuck in high or low. Common problem. Good luck!

Well the high and low beam lamps use the same fuses, and the dimmer switch handles the ground circuit. So I would check the dimmer switch if both high beam bulbs are ok.

Cant find headlight fuse 1992 chevy suburban

If the high beam lights work by pulling on the dimmer switch, you are bypassing the headlight switch.
There should be a circuit breaker inside the headlight switch which could be faulty.

The headlamps on a 1999 suburban quit. The fuses, relays & headlamp switch are all good. Does the current flow for the high beams flow thru the low beams first because neither work. Any suggestions

No it is another circuit. Check theat you hav voltage at the high beam relay, in and out. If not you have a wiring problem between ther and the switch.

My headlights turned off on my 1998 chevy suburban i replaced headlight switch and i dont see any blown fuses

You might want to check the high/low beam switch, it can fail and take out both head lights if parking lights work but no head lights.

Low beam headlamps wont turn on change bulbs and checked fuses and still wont come on.

did you check for a relay in your fuse panel? there should be a relay that controls your low beams and one for your high beams. check for that and then if high beams are working swap it with low beam relay. if your problem switches to low beams working and high beams not working replace the bad relay.
