If the noise is comming from the tranny then it's beyond me. check for any play in the drive shaft, there shouldn't be any. there are bearings at the back of the tranny where the drive shaft joins I believe.

Bad vibrate in the whole truck from 50 to 60mph I take the from shaft out & it go away I tryed 2 other shafts & it still there ck all u joints & wheel bearings all good

See where your transfer case front output shaft conects to your front drive shaft. My transfer case front output bearing was going bad on mine. That may or may not be the case for your vehicle but its another thing for you to check out.
Best of luck

Why vaibration on gas paddle rpm 2000-2500

IF it is no doing this when it is moving then it could be the motor mounts, the harmonic balancer or the torque converter. The gas pedal is not connected by cables any longer, they are electronic so the vibration is present everywhere. You just feel it because it is close to the source which leads me to believe that it is the back of the engine.

How do I dismantle tailshaft support bearing ve commodore

This will be detailed in a repair manual but basically remove the rear section tail shaft if flanged . If not remove the whole shaft from the car and disassemble the shaft joints near the bearing. Remove the nut and pull / press the bearing from the shaft. It should come as a complete item (bearing ,rubber mount and mounting case). Take care to mark where the flange /section comes off the splines as it is critical to position it exactly on reassembly to prevent vibration of the shaft.

Would a code 720 cause the following problem?

No the speed sensor will not cause misfires at higher speeds and this sensor is located on transmission case up high and towards the tail shaft Not in the tail shaft that one is the vehicle speed sensor and it sets a po500 code.

Prado 150 4X4D 1500rpm (80kph) druming noise vibration

harmonic vibrations at speed normally come from out of balanced drive shafts or drive angles of the drive shafts not set correctly. IT can be from worn slip joints and dry u-joints. Have a engineering shop that specialises in tail shaft manufacturer to check it out as they will have the gear to check all the items.

PossibleVibration cause placing lowering shackle on a 1995 Gmc will they cause a vibration

If you are talking about lowering the car by the use of shorter shackles then it is possible to get a vibration from the drive shaft of the car. What you are doing is lowering the gearbox extension housing in relation to the diff pinion and that alters the working angles of the tail shaft causing a harmonic vibration. After you have finished you work on the car have a tail shaft manufacturer check the angles as it may be necessary to roll the diff housing a few degrees or lift the rear engine mount a bit to correct that working angle.
