Check the fuse. I do not think they went to the additional cost of adding a relay.

Turn signal,brake lights not working

I would check for voltage at the turn signal switch. The brake lights go thru the turn signal switch, except for the high mount light.

I have a 1984 Honda Prelude the brake lights are on all the time

there is a brake light switch under the brake pedal. When this switch goes bad the brakelights will stay on. It isn't very expensive and if you are any good at tinkering with things you can probably change it yurself. Though it can be a little aggravating. Any parts store would have it.

1994 Honda Accord Brakelights (all 3)stay on even when car is off

There is a brake light switch located under the dash at the top of the arm that the brake pedal is mounted to. It either needs to be adjusted or is faulty. This switch is what makes your brake lights come on and it will do this whether the car is on or off. Most likely just needs to be adjusted so that the tip of the switch isn't touching the brake arm until you push the pedal. Its very simple to adjust

Replaced brakelight switch ,still no brake lights, and tailights

Check to make sure you have the correct bulb in them. Even though the parts store may have had a part number, sometimes they don't get them right. If those are correct check the relays and or the socket itself.
