The oil fill cap? try warming up your engine first, some of them have to be in a special position to enable the cap to open like a child proof cap on a pill bottle, if its siezed carefully spray some penetrating oil on the cap where it meets the edge of the cap, heat it carefully with your hair dryer not hot just warm enough for the oil to break that corrosion bond, carefully use pliers if you have to, and if you must, you can always break the cap off and replace it, and if none of that works, ask the first guy you see in jeans with a bandana
