I have a Rally Stomper Remote Control Vehicle that a never been used. I have put all new batteries in it and it will not run. Can you help me?

Yes it is a 2007 Ford F-150. I have put a 9 volt in the controller and 5 new AA in the truck. I have turned both switches to on. The light comes on on the controller, but nothing comes on on the truck.

The receiver is bad in the truck. If it is a truck you have built then you can get the part at a good hobby shop (they should help you out if you take the truck in to them), if it is a truck bought from the super center then you'll need to buy a new toy.

SOURCE: cruise control on my 1005 ford f-150 not working.

No the exterior lighting is an independent system and not related. Just replace the light and you should be good as far as the backup light goes.

SOURCE: 1990 ford f-150 nothing happens when ignition is turned on

Solenoid was not mentioned as replaced.

If it was not part of new starter...that's the culprit.

Ignition switch (smaller wire) activates the solenoid (heavier wire) which in turn activates the (high current) starter.

Door locks are opened an closed by an actuator not a motor ! It would help to know the make , model an year vehicle you have to see what controls the locks on your vehicle . A control module , relays etc.. Some car makers use a BCM - body control module, or some have DDM , PDM - a module inside the door . An you say when driving it will stop an start , what will stop an start ? The vehicle ? or do you mean the locks open an close on there own ?

My Ford Focus car doesn't centrally lock anymore, I have to use the key. It's not the fob battery because I changed it.

Sure you did put in a new battery? sure you did insert it correct? not the other way around? sure you did use the correct battery? like CR23 or AAA?
Sure all contacts in the battery compartment and on the battery are clean and shiny?
just a few things you could check.

Remote control car parts

You may need to reprogram the remotes.
1. Turn ignition to run position (as far as you can go without starting engine).
2. Using any Working remote, press the UNLOCK button for 4 to 10 seconds.
3. Within the specified 4 to 10 seconds, continue pressing the UNLOCK buton and press
the PANIC button for 1 second and release both buttons at the same time. A chime will
sound within 3 seconds to indicate that the vehicle has entered remote programming
mode.
4. Within 30 seconds of the chime, press any button on all remotes to be programmed
including previously programmed remotes. A chime will sound after each remote is
programmed.
5. Turn ignition to OFF and remove key.
6. Test all remotes.

Our keyless remote stoped working on our 2007 chevy impala. we put a new battery in and proceded to reprogram it according to directions, it still will not work. is it that we just need a new remote or...

If your vehicle accepted the programming codes, then it tells me that your vehicle sensing is working and that your remote worked at least during that period.

Whenever, you change batteries in a remote you should clean the battery and remote contacts with a pencil eraser to get rid of an corrosion.

Its a 1990 Lazer RS have put new gas in it and a new battery, it hasen't been driven in 5-7 yrs. We rally need this car to run its all I have left to rezort too. Please help!

I must be missing something here, the question I am seeing uis as follows. (Its a 1990 Lazer RS have put new gas in it and a new battery, it hasen\'t been driven in 5-7 yrs. We rally need this car to run its all I have left to rezort too. Please help!) I don't see a question here. What is the issue. I can tell you that a car that has sat for that many years will need some attention before it will be a working car. The gas tank needs to be drained before trying to start, ot other wise the fuel pump in the tank will clogg with old varnished gasoline. There is a screen on the pump that will plug and you will not get any gas to flow though it, along with any filters you have in line will plug as well. Once these are plugged they will have to be changed before gas can flow.
Where are you at on this?
