The batteries in your remote are probably dead. Put in new batteries. Just use the key until you get new batteries.

SOURCE: keyless remotes not working

Try reprogramming the remotes. Here are the instructions for the procedure. Hope it helps. Cobra!
Programming NOTE: All keyless entry remote transmitters (15K601) must be programmed at the same time.
NOTE: To program (or reprogram) the keyless entry remote transmitters into the RAP module, perform the following steps:

  1. Make sure that the anti-theft system is not armed or triggered.
  1. Turn the ignition switch (11572) from OFF to RUN eight times within ten seconds, ending in RUN. If the RAP module has successfully entered program mode, it will lock and then unlock all doors.
  1. Within 20 seconds, press any button on a keyless entry remote transmitter, and the doors will lock and then unlock to confirm that each keyless entry remote transmitter has been programmed. Repeat this step for each transmitter.
  1. If the door locks do not respond for any keyless entry remote transmitter, wait several seconds and press the button again. If the door locks still fail to respond, refer to Inspection and Verification.
  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position, or wait up to 20 seconds after step 2, to exit program mode. If a keyless entry remote transmitter has been programmed (or reprogrammed), the RAP module will lock and unlock all doors one last time to confirm.

What to do when my remote quits workingto crank my truck

could be the transmitter or remote starter itself, check the connections on your starter, they use cheap pinch on connectors that let your wires corrode and they also disolve because they are made from cheap metal, they can also destroy your ECU and cost you a fortune, some remote companys can try to start your vehicle remotlely via satellite, you can remove the switch they put on your starter and see if it works with 12 volt power, use a test light or a volt meter to see if it opens or closes, if it does its your transmitter for sure

What to do when your remote quits working that cranks your truck

Replace the battery in the fob. Have the fob check to see if it is working. If the receiver is bad replace the system or take it out. If you don't take it out, eventually it will mess up the security system and you won't be able to start the car with the key. I take them out all the time, when I see them. Starts the car every time..

My dash has quit working on my 2001 dodge caravan

Have you ever had any work done in that area? Check all fuses and the back side of the fuse cover points you to what each fuse does. If you've had damage to the dash it is quite likely where your problem is.
