Could be just fuse blown, or headlight bulb blown, if both ok, check headlight contactor.

Can not find the horn in my 2007 chevy silverado

Generally located just behind the grill on either the passenger side or drivers side. Sometimes they love to nestle them under or around the headlights making it difficult to get to.

2004 Chevy diesel with heated leather seat that quit working.

It is a fuse. Go into your owner manual to locate the fuse or just look in the fuse panel as they are labeled.

Headlights wont work on 2000 chevy silverado everything else works. The high beam light will even show up on bright. The running lights work. Headlights just wont come on.

Check the fusible links under the hood. Also, double check the bulbs are in fact good. Lastly it could be a defective daytime running light relay.
