It acts like the starter is dragging or low battery let cool down it starts

You did not say what kind of vehicle. But I don't know that it makes any difference. I hate to tell you, but a car that has had sugar put in the gas acts just that way. The sugar bonds to the rings and cylinder walls, and when things warm up and get expanded to operating temperature, everything drags when trying to start it. Who did you make mad?

possibly an O2 sensor or a fuel pump/filter going bad/clogged. It sounds like a fuel issue. does the car have abs brakes and an abs dash light that turns on with the other lights when you turn the car to on before starting? dragging brakes is not fun and i have seen abs sensors go bad and lock up on people including myself.

When the serpentine belt is off the engine starts with the belt motor turns but drags and wont start the motor shakes and acts a miss took the alt.had it checked it was fine so my ? Is why would it start...

You need to check all the pulley's to see if one is not turning freely. If one of the pulley's is locked up that will cause the dragging you mention. If they all spin by hand, they all should.

if both front wheels are dragging it is probably the master cylinder, if only one wheel is dragging it could be the caliper or the brake hose, jack the car up and have some one apply the brakes and try to turn the wheel the instant the brake peddle is released both wheels should start turning the instant the peddle is released....hope this helps

Try changing the relay first, if it still does it, change the starter, sounds like it's dragging. I have a ford that did the same thing, I changed the starter, no more problem.

Weak battery or flaky starter solenoid. Check the condition of the wires betwixt the battery and the starter solenoid first. Also check the ground wire(s).
