Cylinder head torque specs for kia carnival 2002 2.5 v6


cylinder head the torque is : step 1 55 ft-lb, step 2 65 ft-lb, step 3 85 ft-lb. Rocker arm stud nut or bolt is 17 to 23 ft-lb. and valve cover bolt 72 to 108 in-lb.

What are the torque specs for a 1993 6.5 diesel in a gmc truck. I need it for the head bolts and the rail above the valve springs


The head bolts are done in 3 stages: first stage is 20 ft.lbs, second stage is 50 ft.lbs and the third stage is an additional 90 degrees or 1/4 turn.This is the sequence.

The rail above the valve springs must be the rocker arm shaft. The bolts on it are torqued to 40 ft.lbs. The intake is torqued to 31 ft.lbs. Hope this helps.

for cylinder head the torque is : step 1 55 ft-lb, step 2 65 ft-lb, step 3 85 ft-lb. Rocker arm stud nut or bolt is 17 to 23 ft-lb. and valve cover bolt 72 to 108 in-lb.

What is the torq for the front wheel bearing on a 2002 f150 2wd


As odd as this is, this is how the Ford Manual specifies the procedure:


1.) While rotating rotor Clock Wise, tighten nut to 40 NM (30 Ft/lbs).

2.) While rot. CW, loosen 2 turns.

3.) While rot. CCW, tighten to 23-40 NM (17-24 Ft/lbs).

4.) While rot. CW, loosen 1/2 turn.

5.) While rot. CW, tighten to 2 Nm (17 INCH/lbs, NOT foot/lbs!).

6.) Install nut retainer & cotter pin.
