Sounds like vacuum leak anywhere in the system. Check all hoses and even brake booster for leaks. Use a vacuum gauge if you have one.

Hi! I have Ford-S-max 2.5T 2008. How pressure I need to setting actuator to open wastegate?

the waste gate will be open when the engine doesn't require boost and will be pre set by the ecu, over boost will result in the engine going into limp mode

Just accelarates slowly from stand still

engine lack power on take off.this is possible causes peugeot cars has diesel and gasoline engine.lack of take off power could be problem with the turbocharger wastegate sticking partially closed.check wastegate linkages stuck due to rust and carbon build up.check to see if vacuum going to waste gate actuator.replace stop up air filter and fuel filter will cause power lost and check transmission fluid.low transmission fluid level will cause car to have slow take off.because transmission slipping.

Check all hoses to and from turbo to intake .. it is most likely a leak somewhere and the pcm is reading it as a underboost code.

I have a 2000 ford f250 with 7.3 diesel and when im driving it if im not giving it a lot of fuel or off the pedel it makes a loud sucking noise. i heard this is the wastegate on the turbo is this true dont...

Thats the turbo you here sucking air. As far as the fuel leak check your gas line and connections. You need to put a blow off valve on it to release the pressure this way it releases the pressure off the motor when you dont have the throttle down plus it sounds cool.

I have an external wastegate with a 7psi spring and a blow off valve on my 96 turbo gsr and it still goes up to over 20psi how do i stop the boost getting so high. also it is a brand new top of the line...

The waste gate valve is there to dump the "extra" boost air direct to the engine thus bipassing the turbo. Remove and clean the gate valve; In all likelyhood is is stuck open.

No spool and wastegate wont open

I dont think anyone can hear the wastegate open. It opens when there is overboost and just routes exhaust around the turbo You may have heard the over boost valve open and release pressure., but normally, it doesnt open unless there is a problem with the waste gate. Its like a back up in case the waste gate is bad, or disconnected. Does the engine have the same amount of power as it always has? If so everything should be OK.
