You have to remove the sunvisors and rain sensor cover & the side trims + upper plastic roof trim there are hidden screws behind the rubber trim on the top section and 4 screws beneath the interior upper plastic section thats why you need to remove the sunvisors etc, it will lift off reasonably easy once all the screws are removed be careful with the plastic pieces I did this job last week takes about 45 mins to remove

How to remove discoloration on wind deflectors on automobiles?

If you are talking about a plastic wind deflector that has discolored due to oxidation I'd recommend a polish like the kind used to treat motorcycle helmets and plastic vehicle headlights. You'll need a buffer or rotary tool - and don't forget to wear protective eye-wear.

Air is not blowing through the defrost vents onto the windshield.

Sounds like your air deflectors are not operating properly.
If the control is manual slid it back and forth and try and see if the deflector moves. could be the control has come undone or the cable broken. Is there air coming out of the heater when you are trying this or are you sure the blower is operating. If not you could have other problems. Such as the motor itself.

air deflectors on the front doors?

no links, to actual parts.
i guess you dont know, they make many and aftermarket part and OEM parts, and all work different and all if unique issues.
after all its a MODIFICATION.
wind noise more.
why do you want them , is key?
in Alaska, or key west and no A/C?
why?
deflectors....
state a goal and ask what works best.
why not do that?

When driving at highway speeds & there is a cross wind with rainy conditions; the wipers vibrate which creats a noise(loud noise, can not hear the radio or other ocupants talking).

Try, to find the type of wiper arms that have the wind deflector
built on it. The theory is the deflector is set at an angle that
the wind puts pressure on the wiper to push the blade to the
windshield??

OR the wiper arm hold down spring is just worn out

Where can I buy the windshield molding for my car? What is the name of the deflector under the front bumper and in front of the radiator? I need a new one.

Windshield molding? I'm assuming you are talking about the interior plastic pieces which are decorative to cover the bare metal frame of the vehicle?
If so the best and cheapest place is your local junk yard now possibly called vehicle parts recycling center. ;-)

Air Spoiler is the name of the deflector you are referring to under the front bumper, if you need another head on out to your local junk yard for a cheap replacement, if lucky you can find one in the same color.

Fitting instructions for the wind deflector????

If you are having trouble fitting the wind deflector, try adjusting any of the four spring loaded pins. Each pin is actually a screw that can be turned to lengthen or shorten for a proper fit. Once pins are the correct length, facing the rear, insert the two pins on the left / passenger side first. Then use the springs to insert the rear / driver side pins. Last pin inserted should be the one closest to the driver seat. The large clip should extend just over the outer, right edge of the deflector.

To fold, you first need to release the pin from the upper / folding part of the deflector. This pin is on the driver side of the deflector, but on the left part of the clip. When removing / folding the deflector, grab the clip closest to the driver seat, and pull out and back (towards the driver seat). Then slide as far left (towards passenger side) as it will go. This should release the pin from the upper/folding part of the deflector and allow for easy folding.

I have the same problem I think it's the rubber flaps that cover the hood hinges, when the wind catches them they flap up and down it I have noticed it seems to be worse on a windy day.

My 2001 AUDI TT Quattro Roadster Wind Deflector

Hi, it is the drive band for the deflector. There is a single motor behind the driver, this drive the two screws via a band. It i shard to see but when the roof is in the down position remove the trim and you can see both screws which raise the glass. The glass is seated within single metal bracket, if you feel follow the top of the screws you will find the band.

I had the same problem the glass would only raise on the drivers side then stop with acracking sound, which was the trim luckily, on inspection I found the drive band had worn away, so the motor ws only driving one side.

I hope this helps
