Hi Cheyenne:
- For the vibration, I'd be checking universal joints or CV jounts.
- Sounds like you've got your brakes figured out already. Time for some maintenance.

Taking spindle nut off 01 escort

You mean the big axle nut? You need a stout 1/2 inch breaker bar and the proper sized deep well socket on the nut. Loosen the nut while the car is still on the ground, you may even need a cheater bar on the breaker bar-the axle nuts are torqued down mighty tight-about 200 foot pounds. Once you break it loose, then raise the car on jackstands, remove the nut and washer, and push the axle back from the spindle. If the axle shaft is stubborn and won't move yet, put a piece of wood on the end of the shaft and rap it pretty hard with a mallet or break it free from its tight fit inside the spindle or knuckle.

2002 Kia Sportage break tighening up where break pedal is hard to press down

Hello...get the vehicle back to the shop that worked on it....Sounds to me like one or more of the calipers won't release it's grip when you release the brake pedal or the master cylinder is locked...Think about's like driving with your foot on the brake pedal....or maybe your power brake booster...anyway...Get it back to the shop that worked on it and bring your receipts for all the work done...Let me know what happens...I hope this was helpful...PEACE........
